QRNO Groups supplies copper concentrate with a concentration of above 99% copper. The production of copper concentrate typically entails extracting water from a copper solution. This material is utilized in the production of pressed and bonded sputtering targets, as well as in various deposition processes such as Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), including Thermal and Electron Beam (E-Beam) Evaporation, Low-Temperature Organic Evaporation, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Metallic-Organic and Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD). Copper concentrate shares similarities with powder, as it consists of tiny, dry particles of a pure substance.
